Task Management

 
You can assign tasks to the relevant person through the projects you define, and at the same time, team members can open tasks for them. You can open as many task steps as many times as you want and easily define the names and colors of these steps as you wish.

When your team members start working on a task, they can click "start" to start the working time, then stop the time when it's finished. So you can easily measure who devotes how much time to which job. You can create a checklist, such as subtasks linked to the main task. The sub-processes you create in the checklist will be automatically saved to the ToDo list of the relevant person.
 

You can also write comments about the task under the main task. In the steps you have defined before such as "pending, completed, planned (etc.)", when the status of the task changes, the change information is recorded as a notification in the activities under the task and sent to the relevant people/parties by e-mail.
 

You can send the completed tasks to the archive, so you can work with a simpler screen by displaying at your home screen only the cards that you are actively working on. You can add a document to every task card you open.

Time management is one of the six main functions of project management. Time management is the management of time spent on project tasks and activities, and progress made.

Time is a kind of hidden cost item for our companies. It is one of the capitals that should be used most efficiently. With UNICDO’s time management application, the time we spend is automatically recorded in the "Time management" module. With the "Start-Stop" feature on the cards you open in the projects and the To-Do list, the spending time is automatically recorded to the "Time management" module. In addition, additions to the program can be made with the "Add Time" button on the screen.
